1. PayPal & Credit Cards
PayPal is our primary secure payment gateway for immediate order processing. It offers a fast and encrypted way to complete your transaction.
- Credit and Debit Cards: Through PayPal, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment via credit card.
- Security: All transactions are processed on PayPal’s secure servers. EquipSpares does not store your credit card or financial information on our servers.
- Immediate Confirmation: Orders paid via PayPal or Credit Card are typically verified instantly, allowing for faster dispatch (1-3 business days).
2. Wire Transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer)
For high-value industrial orders, bulk purchases, or corporate procurement that requires official invoicing, we support direct Wire Transfers (T/T).
- Process: Select “Wire Transfer” at checkout or contact our sales team at sales@equipspares.com for a Formal Proforma Invoice.
- Banking Details: Our official banking coordinates will be provided on the Proforma Invoice.
- Verification: Please send a copy of the bank swift advice/remittance slip to our sales team to expedite order processing. T/T payments usually take 2-4 business days to be credited to our account.
- Currency: We primarily accept payments in USD. Other currencies may be accepted upon prior agreement.
