1. PayPal & Major Credit Cards
For immediate order processing and the fastest dispatch times, we highly recommend using our secure PayPal gateway.
- Credit and Debit Cards: You may securely use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover directly through the PayPal interface. You are not required to have a registered PayPal account to pay via credit card.
- Data Security: EquipSpares utilizes industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We never store, process, or have access to your raw credit card data on our local servers.
- Fraud Prevention: To protect our customers, transactions flagged by our payment gateway as high-risk may require additional verification before the order is released for shipping.
2. Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T)
For high-value technical procurement, or when standard credit facilities are not optimal, we support direct international Wire Transfers.
- How to Initiate: Select the “Wire Transfer” option during checkout, or request a formal quote for out-of-stock items. We will provide a comprehensive Proforma Invoice containing our official banking coordinates and SWIFT code.
- Clearing Time: Please be aware that international wire transfers typically require 2-5 business days to clear. Your order will remain in a “Pending” status and will not be dispatched until the funds are fully confirmed in our account.
- Remittance Advice: To expedite your order tracking, please email a copy of your bank’s remittance slip to sales@equipspares.com immediately after executing the transfer.
