- Buyers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) with their respective systems prior to installation.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
Product listings are maintained with a focus on technical accuracy, supported by our visual verification processes. Please note:
- While actual product photography is utilized, minor aesthetic variations may occur across different manufacturing batches without affecting technical functionality.
- EquipSpares reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Order Processing: The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is established only upon the dispatch of goods and the issuance of tracking documentation.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless an alternative currency is specified via a formal Proforma Invoice.
- Taxes and Duties: Displayed prices exclude import duties, customs fees, and local value-added taxes (VAT), which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). EquipSpares is not liable for delays arising from customs processing or force majeure events.
