1. Technical Competence and Application

By purchasing, you warrant that you possess the necessary technical qualifications, or employ certified professionals, to handle, install, and configure these parts. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify the exact Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), voltage requirements, and system compatibility prior to installation.
2. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EquipSpares, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any component purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, facility downtime, data loss, or secondary equipment damage. Our total liability in any specific transaction shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid by the buyer for the defective component.
3. Intellectual Property and Visual Assets
The core of our transparency is our “Actual Product Photography.” All original photographs, technical descriptions, logos, and site architecture on EquipSpares.com are the exclusive intellectual property of EquipSpares. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or use of our proprietary visual assets by third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Order Acceptance and Pricing Accuracy
