- It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the compatibility of the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) with their existing machinery before installation.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to provide the highest level of accuracy through our Visual Verification Protocol. However:
- While we use actual product photography, slight variations in color or non-functional aesthetic details may occur due to different manufacturing batches.
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Contract Formation: An order placement constitutes an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and provide a tracking number.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed upon via a formal Proforma Invoice.
- Taxes: Prices displayed on the site do not include import duties or local VAT, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Wire Transfers (T/T). For T/T payments, goods will only be dispatched once funds have been fully cleared in our corporate account. All online transactions are protected via SSL encryption.
6. Shipping & Title
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from EquipSpares pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.
