1. Dispatch & Handling Protocols
- Handling Time: Standard in-stock orders are processed, subjected to final visual verification, securely packaged, and dispatched within 1-3 business days upon payment clearance.
- Cut-off Times: Our logistical operations run on GMT+8. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+8) will roll over to the next business day’s processing queue.
- Industrial Packaging Standards: We do not cut corners on packaging. Electronic components are sealed in ESD-safe (Anti-static) materials. Heavy mechanical parts are secured in reinforced, impact-resistant corrugated boxing to withstand the rigors of international air freight.
2. Estimated Transit Times
We partner with premier global integrators (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS) and reliable registered postal networks. Estimated timelines from dispatch to your facility are as follows:
- North America & Europe: Express Courier (3-6 Business Days) | Standard Priority (7-12 Business Days)
- Asia & Oceania: Express Courier (2-5 Business Days) | Standard Priority (5-9 Business Days)
- Rest of the World: 7-15 Business Days depending on local carrier efficiency.

3. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes (DAP Terms)
All EquipSpares shipments are executed under Delivered at Place (DAP) Incoterms.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The prices listed on our website and the shipping charges calculated at checkout cover the cost of the part and the transportation only. They absolutely do not include your country’s import duties, customs clearance fees, or Value Added Tax (VAT). The buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is legally responsible for paying any and all applicable import fees promptly when contacted by the carrier or local customs authority. Failure to pay customs fees resulting in the abandonment of the package will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Tracking & Delivery Security
Immediately upon dispatch, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Due to the high value of industrial components, major orders may require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure chain-of-custody security.
