1. Product & Technical Integrity
Are the product photos on your website actual or generic?
Every product listing on EquipSpares.com features actual photography of the physical item in our stock. We do not use generic manufacturer renders. This allows you to visually verify labels, serial numbers, and physical conditions before purchasing.
How do I ensure the part is compatible with my equipment?
Industrial components often have complex revisions. We recommend searching by the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN). If you are unsure, please email our team a photo of your existing part’s nameplate, and we will perform a technical cross-check for you.
What industries do you cover?
We provide a comprehensive range of spares across the MEHPI framework: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Instrumentation. This includes CNC robotics, UPS systems, industrial fans (ADDA), sensors, and cooling systems.
2. Orders & Quotations
Do you provide official quotes for corporate procurement?
Yes. While you can order directly online, we also provide Professional Technical Quotes for B2B customers. Please send your RFQ (Request for Quote) with quantities and shipping destination to our sales email.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our in-stock spares have no MOQ. However, for specialized industrial consumables or wholesale orders, specific MOQs may apply as noted on the product page.
3. Shipping & Global Logistics
Which countries do you ship to?
EquipSpares ships globally to over 100 countries. We utilize premier carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast and secure delivery of critical industrial components.
What is your typical handling time?
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. For oversized mechanical units or high-volume orders, we can arrange sea freight or specialized logistics upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Wire Transfers (T/T) for large-scale industrial orders.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes. Our website utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all data and payment information are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways.
5. Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused parts in their original packaging. Given the technical nature of industrial spares, items must not have been installed or energized to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for details.
Do the parts come with a warranty?
All spares are guaranteed to be in the condition described (New, Refurbished, or Surplus). Specific warranty periods depend on the component category and manufacturer standards.
