At EquipSpares, we understand the critical nature of industrial operations. To ensure technical integrity and customer satisfaction, we have established a transparent return and refund process. This policy applies to all industrial components, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation spares.
1. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following technical conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unused, uninstalled, and never energized (for electronic components).
- It must be in its original packaging with all technical manuals, certificates, and labels intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@equipspares.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- RMA Requirement: If your return is accepted, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of industrial goods cannot be returned due to their technical nature:
- Custom-ordered components or special-order CNC/Robotic parts.
- Consumables (e.g., lubricants, seals, or adhesives) that have been opened.
- Items that show signs of installation, mounting, or electrical integration.
4. Restocking Fee
Please note that a 5% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not related to quality issues (e.g., customer ordered the wrong part number). This fee covers the cost of technical inspection and re-certification for our industrial inventory.
5. Damages and Issues (Quality Claims)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Our technical team will prioritize these cases to minimize your equipment downtime. We may require photos of the actual product received to verify against our Actual Photo Database.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
- Wire Transfers: For T/T payments, refunds will be processed back to the original bank account. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
