Description

OVAL NPI45B10 1157CC is a positive displacement valve position indicator featuring a 1157 cc chamber capacity, 13.7 MPa maximum pressure rating, and dual SPDT microswitches. The unit utilizes high-precision oval gear rotors to measure hydraulic fluid displacement, translating volumetric flow into a direct-reading visual pointer with ±0.3 % accuracy. Constructed with an FC 250 cast iron body and a slip friction clutch mechanism, it automatically synchronizes the pointer at 97 % to 100 % of the actuator stroke. The internal assembly includes a reduction gear train and a magnetic coupling to isolate the register from the high-pressure hydraulic circuit.
